Directions
We are located in the Ambulatory Care wing of the MHRI Cancer Center which is adjacent to the main entrance of Memorial Hospital.
Please be aware of road/highway construction and on Exit 28.

From Route I-95 Northbound (From points south)
Take Exit 28. Turn right onto School Street.
At second light, turn left onto Pond Street.
Go up the hill and through one light and take first right onto Brewster Street.
Take first right onto hospital's main drive.
At main entrance off Brewster Street take first right into Primary Care and Prevention/Ambulatory Care parking area. Drive around the building and park in the back, enter the Ambulatory Care entrance lobby, and take right. On your immediate left there will be a set of elevators. Take the elevator to the second floor. Coming off of the elevator, take a right, and then take an immediate right, and go down the hallway into the Department of Medicine. Take the corridor on your left, and go up the ramp to the CPCP.
From Route I-95 Southbound (From points north)
Take Exit 27. Turn left at the light at the top of the exit ramp onto East Avenue (you will cross over Route I-95).
Turn left at the second light onto Division Street (you will be on a bridge).
Turn right just before the second light. Go through one light, then turn left at the next light onto Pond Street.
Go up the hill and through one light and take first right onto Brewster Street.
Take first right onto hospital's main drive.
