Like most pediatric surgery residency
programs, we participate in the ERAS®
Fellowship application
process.
You will need to contact the
ERAS® Fellowship Document Office (EFDO) to a unique
identifier. For more comprehensive information, go to the Electronic Residency Application Service
(ERAS®) web site
from the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC)
Checklist of requirements
for applicants who wish to apply to the Brown Program:
- Completed application form
- Personal statement
- Letters of recommendation =
minimum is three and one MUST be from program
director
- USMLE transcript
- ABSITE scores (mandatory)
- Curriculum vitae that includes
information about publications, presentations and
abstracts
- Please note that, as of January
1, 2012, Lifespan (Hasbro Children's Hospital parent company)
will no longer hire users of tobacco products.
Applications can be submitted
starting in November 2019, for July 2021 fellowships. The Pediatric
Surgery match follows the ERAS' December Application Cycle.
