Electives

Students also have the opportunity to take a broad range of elective courses from multiple departments throughout Brown University and the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Anthropology, history, and sociology are just a few of the disciplines in which elective courses may be taken.

Approved electives for the MPH Program are listed below. Additional courses at Brown University may count toward the MPH degree, with permission from the Program Director and the student's advisor, if the courses meet the educational objectives of the student.
