BIOL 6505 - Introduction to Fetal Medicine
Real MADAM conferences are every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month at Women & Infants' Hospital (Auditorium 3, South Pavilion), from noon to 1 PM. . Click here for Transportation information (SafeRIDE BrownMed Express). Students are encouraged to go to at least one MADAM conference during the course of the seminar.

EVALUATION

Student evaluation follows the guidelines of the medical school. Grading is S/NC, and is based on attendance and completion of an assignment to be prepared for the end of the course: the last session will consist of a mock "MADAM" session, where complex multidisciplinary fetal issues will be discussed in a clinical-like setting. Students will assume the role of clinicians and will be asked to discuss the cases from their assigned role's perspective.

Mock MADAM is scheduled for Friday March 24 at 4 PM in Room 275. Assignments are posted here.
