| Criteria for Passing | The student will demonstrate knowledge of documenting a child abuse case, interviewing of a family, the basics of child interviewing, how to be an expert witness, and performing a colposcopy to diagnose sexual abuse |

| Description | Students will diagnose and treat child maltreatment and work with child protective services in the State of Rhode Island. Students will undertake consults in regard to suspected child abuse, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, and visit child protection agencies. |
