How to Declare Community Health as a concentration:
- Fill out the concentrators review form. Please fill the form out as completely as possible including possible future courses. This will be the basis of talking to you about your concentration plan. Please print a copy of the form and bring it with you to your initial meeting with Jessi Champion, Community Health Academic Program Coordinator.
- Set up a time to meet with the Academic Program Coordinator (jessi_champion@brown.edu)
- Meet and develop a draft of your concentration plan. Be sure any questions you have are answered.
- Obtain concentration plan forms from the Registrar's Office (or download them from the registrar's website) and complete everything except for the list of final concentration plan courses (you can fill these in as a draft if you wish).
- Meet with Concentration Advisor (William_Rakowski@brown.edu) to answer remaining questions and finalize concentration plan and concentration plan forms.
- Submit forms to Registrar's Office
