Volunteer
One great way to stay involved with your medical alma mater is to take part in a volunteer opportunity. From serving on the BMAA Board to mentoring a current Brown medical student, there are numerous programs available that can suit your interests and desired level of involvement. And if you have an idea for a new one, just let us know!
Class Representatives
Class reps act as a liaison for each class year. They help classmates stay in contact, put together class events, and help with fundraising for the Brown Medical Annual Fund.
HOST
Have a spare bedroom? How about helping a Brown student by giving them a place to stay while they are in your area interviewing for residency? We are particularly in need of HOSTs in Miami, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Seattle, Milwaukee, New Haven, and Rochester, MN.

Medicine in Action
Spend a morning or afternoon being shadowed by a Brown PLME undergraduate. Take them on rounds, allow them to observe procedures, give them a taste of what it’s really like to be a doctor. Alumni outside the Providence area are encouraged to apply, as students may visit during school vacations.
